A tall topped variety, bright red globe about the size of a 20 cent piece, mild and watery with a sweet, warm taste. Cultivation; Rake in mushroom compost to retain moisture, and spread a 2cm layer on surface. Sow individual seeds 2cm apart, 5 mm deep in furrows. Sow early Spring for harvest in Oct/Nov, Autumn for harvest in Winter. Water every 2nd day. Top dress with organic fertiliser.
